New Musical Express (NME) magazine wanted a new take on a quarterly magazine dedicated to their most passionate music fans. Focusing on theory and in-depth interviews, Resonate is a fresh look with impactful, head-turning treatments.

The design for NME was a two part process, first developing a design for the cover with a featured artist, and then a potential article within the magazine. The design for both the cover and article was completed during a short time frame, a couple hours, and then revisited later for revisions into a final design. Both the artist and article were provided with pre-written copy and images to choose from.
